Your Innkeepers
Your Innkeeper Tom Kapp is Chief Product Designer and Bike Builder at Art In Motion, LLC. Art In Motion's motorcycles have been featured on Discovery Channel's "How It's Made", and ship to customers all over the world. He’s also co-owner of Violet’s Venom Brewery and Violet’s Garage along with Christi Kapp.
Tom is warm-hearted and steady, the kind of person who makes you engage right away. He’s also direct in that unmistakable Massachusetts way—no fluff, no detours, just honest, thoughtful truth. And while he’s loyal, grounded, and practical, he’s got a streak of dry sarcasm and a quirky sense of humor that not everyone quite knows how to take.
Christi is an artist and Technology Professional with current interests in innovation, human development and leadership development. She welds the metal sculptures in the ever-changing landscape. Her sculptures currently in the yard include "Sugar Dolphin", "Motorcycle Shop Fairy", “Fire Ant Tree”, “Cricket the Sugar Horse”, “Rainbow Angel” and more.
She’s a self-proclaimed “failed Southern Belle”—graceful in intention but more blunt than genteel, and always a little too practical to fully embrace the old-school charm she admires. Analytical and direct by nature, she cuts through nonsense with sharp insight, yet her honesty never overshadows her innate kindness.
And in case you are wondering who “Kappy” is - “Kappy” was the nickname for Katherine Autrey, a long-time resident in the home.
“The only place I would send my family and friends to ”
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Kissimmee, Kapp and Kappy provides absolutely the best accommodations that the Kissimmee area has to offer. The main house is amazing - the innkeepers have not left any detail out! The turn of the century architecture, wood floors and gorgeous wood trim certainly help to set a beautifully unique setting. The owners, Tom and Christi, are warm and friendly and are happy to share all that they know about the historic downtown, which is situated within a very short walk of the B&B. Lovely antique furnishings decorate the common spaces of the inn and the guest rooms are individually themed with all of the modern conveniences, including small wet bar/mini kitchen areas. Close to the beautiful downtown and the Kissimmee Lakefront Park, Kapp and Kappy is in the heart of a beautiful shopping district with ample shopping and dining options. And the Disney theme parks are so close that you can hear the fireworks at night! This is the only place I would send my family and friends for a relaxing weekend getaway..

“I was fortunate to be able to stay at Kapp and Kappy in the Verona Room and had a great time.. The house is quite comfortable in both the common areas and up in the room. Both Christi and Tom were very inviting and willing to chat or leave you alone. I would definitely look to stay here again if my travels bring me back through the area. Thanks again for having me at your wonderful B&B - M. Brocchi”
