The owners welcomed us as if we were family and being my first BandB ever it will forever leave a good lasting memory. The breakfast was delicious and i felt right at home here. If theres one thing i really like , its the fact these guys really respect your privacy which is big for me. If i ever come to kissimmee agian i will be staying at kapp and kappy! - September 2022

Enjoyed Christi & Tom's hospitality. Very warm and welcoming people. Tom made the best bacon and corn beef hash. The eggs were perfect. They even noticed we liked sparkling water and stocked up on it in the fridge. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Verona Room for 4 nights and enjoyed the large TV and comfy queen bed. The house has so much character and the landscaping is beautiful. Also, loved that the house has 2 pokestops. June 2022
